Cancellation of classes
Per our policy, to which all customers agree before signing up, cancellation of credit card payments for CCIKA classes requires 30 DAYS NOTICE BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE (the 1st of each month).

Leave of absence
When taking an extended leave from the dojo (1 month or more) you can request to pause payments for CCIKA classes by paying a monthly administrative fee. Upon your return you are guaranteed the same tuition rate and a spot in your regular class time.
If the request is submitted 3 weeks or more before the next billing cycle (the 1st of each month), the administrative fee is $50 per month per student.
If the request is submitted less than 3 weeks before the next billing cycle, the administrative fee is $75 per month per student.
